Free Service Model

SnapQuiz (https://snapquiz.org) is a completely free interactive quiz platform. We do not charge users any fees to access, take quizzes, or read any content on the website.

Because SnapQuiz does not charge for its services, there is no payment to refund. This Refund Policy exists to make our no-cost model clear and transparent, in accordance with good practice for online platforms.

No Charges or Fees

SnapQuiz does not currently charge users for any of the following:

  • Taking quizzes on the platform
  • Reading articles and educational content
  • Accessing any section of the website
  • Creating or managing a user profile (no accounts are currently required)
  • Submitting contact enquiries

All features available on SnapQuiz are provided free of charge at the time of this writing.

No In-Platform Purchases

SnapQuiz does not offer subscriptions, premium plans, in-app purchases, downloadable products, or any other paid services at this time. There is no checkout process, payment gateway, or billing system on this website.

If you have received a charge that appears to reference SnapQuiz and you did not authorise it, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. It is possible that the charge originates from an unrelated source using a similar name, and we want to help clarify the situation.

Third-Party Charges

SnapQuiz is not responsible for any charges you may incur from third-party services you access independently. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Mobile data charges from accessing our website on a mobile device
